    These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set forth the legally binding terms and conditions governing your access to and use of Mojo (“Mojo,” “we,” or “us”) and its services, including the website located at https://usemojo.ai, any related websites, networks, hosted applications, or other services provided by us (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy at Privacy Policy URL, and any additional terms that may apply to certain products or services, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

    1. Service and Account

    1.1 Service Overview

    The Service provides users with tools for generating AI-based social media content, scheduling, and publishing posts to integrated social media platforms (collectively, the “Service”).

    1.2 Modifications to the Service

    Mojo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Service, at any time, including the availability of any part of the Service, with or without notice to you. Mojo shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service or any part thereof.

    2. Eligibility

    By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant to Mojo that:

    • You are at least 18 years of age;
    • You have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service;
    • Your registration and use of the Service comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

    3. Accounts and Registration

    To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
    • Update this information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete; and
    • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and restrict access to your account.

    If you believe your account is no longer secure, you must immediately notify us at [email protected]. Mojo is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

    4. Payment Terms

    4.1 Fees

    Certain features of the Service require payment of subscription fees. You will have an opportunity to review and accept these fees before they are charged. All fees are in U.S. Dollars and are non-refundable, except as provided in these Terms or as required by law.

    4.2 Subscription Service

    The Service operates on a subscription model, with recurring payments until canceled. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription through your account settings.

    4.3 Authorization

    By providing a payment method, you authorize Mojo or its third-party payment processors to charge all applicable fees to the provided payment method.

    5. User Responsibilities

    5.1 Content Review

    AI-generated content provided through the Service is for assistance purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, social media platform policies, and copyright laws before publishing any content.

    5.2 Prohibited Conduct

    By using the Service, you agree not to:

    • Use the Service for illegal purposes;
    • Violate third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights;
    • Submit offensive, harmful, or unlawful content; or
    • Interfere with the security or functionality of the Service.

    6. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. Mojo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mojo is not liable for:

    • Missed post schedules;
    • Errors in AI-generated content; and
    • Copyright issues in content generated or posted using the Service.

    Mojo’s total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Israel.

    9. Miscellaneous

    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mojo and supersede all prior agreements. Mojo may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
